Ahmed Khalifa at reception was very cute. He made sure i had everything i needed. Mina, Mussad, and Kirolas at the Loopy Bar gave excellent service. Waleed was attentive in the main restaurant and made my meals great.

The adults only area had loud music from a bad sound system. An animation team constantly tried to involve me in activities. People frequently walked around trying to sign me up for things like spa treatments.

The staff was attentive. Ahmed Khalaf at reception was especially helpful from arrival to departure. The activities offered something for everyone. The food was consistently good, with plenty of options.

The music volume in the adults-only area was sometimes a little high.

the hotel was fantastic! it was very modern and the staff was great. mohamed esam was fantastic too.

the food was horrible! everything tasted the same. egyptians are known for their food so it's a bummer that it was all so bad. i got food poisoning at the end of our stay which i'm still dealing with. the alcohol was also undrinkable.
